Klimbos Garderen open when primary school teachers go on strike

Posted on Thursday, 24 May 2018

On Wednesday 30 May, primary school teachers in the provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel will go on strike. And that, of course, has consequences for parents with young children. While the children are supposed to be in school, all parents are asked: "Mum/Dad can we go and do something fun? Klimbos Garderen has thought of something to counteract this boredom, and that's why they are open all day on Wednesday 30 May!

To ensure that the children still have a fun and educational day, Klimbos Garderen will give each child a free education booklet! In cooperation with the Dutch Forestry Commission, all climbing routes are equipped with various educational elements. In this way, children learn more about nature and the other 'inhabitants' of the forest. In this way, not being able to go to school is compensated with a fun day for the children, which they also learn something from! And thanks to the new Netventure course, the climbing forest is suitable for all ages, so you can have fun climbing with the whole family. Book directly online or call 0577-460707.
