During the instruction we were told that if there was anything we could call out to people wearing blue helmets. Unfortunately, I didn't see any people with blue helmets. Maybe good to explicitly ask about that during the instruction beforehand. It is advisable to book tickets online (especially during periods of good weather). Also, check the terms and conditions carefully before clicking "Ok" because, for example, you won't get a refund if the activity can't take place due to bad weather (and tickets are not really cheap). (By the way with a little rain, her is fine to do). Furthermore, leave your valuables in a locker (bring 1 euro coin!). On our visit, the toilets were not clean.
