We have been the specialist in unique outings and adventures since 1996! With a team of 40 permanent employees and 100 on-call employees and interns, we provide our guests with a great day. Whether it's an E-chopper trip across the Veluwe, climbing in a climbing forest, a MINI Cooper tour or an Escape Tour in one of the 200 cities worldwide. We provide surprising and unique experiences.

Your role

You are the first voice our (potential) customers hear when they call. You decide whether you can answer a question directly or transfer the customer to a colleague. You also support the team of Annemieke, Denise, Annemiek and Marieke with light administrative tasks.

After a fine familiarisation period, you will know our brands inside out. You will effortlessly answer the most frequently asked questions and help people as best you can. You also welcome visitors and applicants with a warm smile, provide a delicious cup of coffee or tea and receive incoming packages. You also manage some mailboxes and jump in where necessary to support the sales department.

We ask

  • An enthusiastic and customer-friendly telephone voice.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, tourism or leisure.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good command of Dutch, basic English/German is a plus.
  • Living within 30 km of Uddel (max. 45 min travel time).
  • Available every other week on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
