What will you do?

The phone rings. A guest wants to know about a climbing trip, renting an E-chopper, or booking a group activity. You listen, ask the right questions, and help immediately if possible. Is it a complex request? Then you connect the customer to our sales colleagues.

After a short training period, you will be able to independently answer the most frequently asked questions about our brands: Klimbos Garderen, Klimbos Harderwijk, De Veluwe Specialist, Fort Vertier, Kroongeheim, and Escape Tours.

In addition, you will support the reservations team, Annemieke, Denise, Annemiek, and Marieke, with light administrative tasks. This way, you will help ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
